Well, as we all know, shit happens. So, if you have a defective or damaged item, by all means, please email us at email@example.com with a photo and details of the damaged goods. We will make sure that a replacement item is reshipped to you at no extra cost.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, accept returns, or exchanges for undamaged goods. We just don't have the budget or facilities that Jeff Bezos has. We hope you can understand.
